The Finance Ministry has shifted to Kartvya Bhawan and is busy with the budget preparation. Now, in the power galleries discussion is going on where the yearly Halwa' ceremony will take place? In the South Block or in the KB-1? The said ceremony takes place a week before the publication of Budget.
